In the deep fryer. Using an electric deep fryer works great clean them and fry them for a few minutes and they come out crisp and ready to eat. Now you can play around a liittle bit for the right type of sauce you'd like to put over them or you could just sprinkle them with some dry seasonings. bon appetit

You can find about four billion recipes on your own, but to make sure your wings are not soggy or greasy, make sure of two things when you're deep frying:

1) the oil needs to be hot, between 360-375 degrees, and

2) it needs to STAY that way. Depending of the size of the deep fryer (the volume of oil), the oil temperature will drop considerably when you add wings (or any food) to it. Fry your wings in small batches. If, for example, your fryer will comfortably hold 20 wings at one time, only fry 10 at a time. That will keep the oil froom cooling too much, and it will also allow the oil to "rebound" (get back to it's original temperature) more quickly.

Here's my wings recipe.

You can forgo the sauce if you're not looking for hot wings.

Ingredients
24 chicken wings
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup Louisiana Brand hot sauce
vegetable oil for frying

Method
Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut remaining chicken wings in half at the joint. Deep fry them in about 2" of oil in skillet until done. Drain.

Melt butter and hot sauce together. Dip fried wings into the sauce.

Serve with your favorite blue cheese dip or dressing

Very basic set up:

1 bowl with beaten eggs

1 bowl with flour, however, my SECRET is to add grated parmesan and romano cheese to flour. Mix it about 75% flour and 25% parmesan/romano.

Get your oil nice and hot, and dip each wing into the egg, then into the flour/cheese mix. Let them fry for 15-20 min. It's best if you've got enough oil to completely submerse the wings. I find they get cooked un-evenely if you have to cook one side, then turn them.

Trust me on this one.. The cheese fries up beautifully and creates like a 2nd batter. It's amazing.
