ok im turning 17 in about 13 days. I have been just forced to move to arizona with them and i really really hate it here. (like seriously i cant stand this place) and my plan is to move back to California when im 18 but the way things are going now i dont think ill be able to take another yr. here. but i dont know where i would stand only being 17 ya kno?? im just askn if i have to wait until im 18 or is it legal for me to move out aftr i turn 17??

I believe it varies state-to-state, you may have to get a lawyer and petition to become an emancipated minor. How do you expect to move back to CA and live? You would have to be able to show a court you can survive on your own (have a job, an apartment, etc). In all reality you should just make the best of it. Things will change and be thrown at you a lot of times in your life. True maturity is being able to adjust and go on.

i'm not sure how it works in AZ, but here in ohio you can get emancipated with parental (who i'm assuming you mean by "they") consent. key word there : PARENTAL CONSENT
