I've got a jar or paprika powder, and it has a mild aroma, but it's flavour tastes too subtle to be useful in cooking.

Does anyone use it? If so, what do you use for?

Hi !!!
Here you go...

Paprika goes well with just about any savory food, including eggs, meat, poultry, stew, wild game, fish, shellfish, soup, boiled and steamed vegetables, rice, and creamy sauces. For most recipes, the paprika is added near the end of the cooking process, since heat diminishes both the color and flavor.

My mom always sprinkled it over macaroni salad and potato salad as well as deviled eggs.

other than that I really don't know...but it gives those 3 foods an added touch of flavour!
