I heard that you can do sugery to make you taller by 1 inch to 4 inches... is this true? Sugery cost about $15,000. US

I don't know what the cost for that would be, but I can just imagine it would be astronomical. I would think it would also be painful. Don't they have to cut through the bone and add a length of bone (from somewhere) to add length to it? I don't know what the healing process would be like.....probably like recovering from two broken legs. One would have to be awfully desperate to do something like that.

Yes, there is a procedure where a surgeon places a device on your legs that looks like a cage apparatus and is anchored above ankle and below the knee. They apply pressure on the bone causing it to stretch. Over a period of time significant growth can result.

Do not change yourself! You were born this way! Be proud that you are healthy and leave it to that! I do not think you or anyone should be taller or you would have been born taller!

yea, ive heard of that, i saw it on TLC, they add some stretcher thing to your knees, but then you walk kinda funny, i would stay short if i were you, there is someone out there for everyone, plus wouldnt you rather be short than walk funny?
