will you like to take a special cooking class which is a creative, funny, and let you approach Vietnamese life without tourist guides involved?
Especially when you are travelling to Vietnam and stay there for a short time, tell me how different do you like a cooking class to be from other current ones set up by restaurants and tourist agencies...
Do you like it when a cooking class offer you a quick and easy access just like you have your kitchen here in Vietnam? If you do, pls tell me more!

I haven't been yet but I have been planning a trip for years, and I would LOVE a class like that. I don't want to do anything involving tourist guides anyway, would rather see the off the main route stuff.

I'd love to learn to cook favorite family recipes.

I think you have a fine business idea in the making. From my experience, it would probably be best to limit the class to one or two days at the most. Most tourists are rushed for time and there are so many things to see in Vn.
Perhaps another idea would be to partner with a restaurant in one of the resort areas and have a day trip where you could teach the class on the bus, go to say, Vung Tau, and have them cook their own lunch on the beach :-)
Good Luck
