Turned as in agressively or as in your body?
If you turned around then obviously no!!! If you turned on him, or have been stressed out, then he might be kissing you on the cheeks because he is unsure if you want to recieve affection or not. Or did you turn your head away?
He also might be a bit nervous of your reaction or doesnt want to lose you - if you want him to understand why you are like this have a gentle chat with him. If he loves you or at least cares he will help you, or be more understanding.... Also if you tell him the days when you are stressed, he will know when to back off, or when to give you affection.
If this is about you turning away from him, then this really isnt anything serious now is it?
I doubt that he will dump you - but if he does, move on, it would be a pathetic thing to dump someone for - find someone better if he does... halleluja still dont understand your question, you have such poor grammar lol

You have to know what kind of a person someone is before you can answer that question. Also you need to know how deep his interest is in you. My wife refused to even go out with me for two months straight, but I never gave up. If he does dump you, he wasnt worth your time anyway. If he really likes you, then something so trivial as you turning your head away shouldnt deter him from you.

I personally don't think that that would set a guy over the edge. I mean, I wouldn't dump a girl over something as trivial as that, but then again, that's just me.

How old are you dear? if you are a teenager, and your boyfriend is one as well, it is possible. However, if you are over the age of 21, and he genuinely likes you, it is unlikely
