me and my girlfriend have sex at least twice a day if not more. and she goes down on me all the time, and for a while i would go down on her. dont get me wrong i love to do it but lately her vagina has smelled a bit. how do i tell her about it with out hurting her feelings?

Tell her that you are concerned about her health and what you have noticed. Tell her that you would like her to go to the doctor and that you would go with her. It could be serious, so you should definitely being this to her attention.
