Suggest me a hairstyle?

I'm a 21 years old pretty Chinese girl in Beijing. Black and not long hair. Want to change my hairstyle and what would you suggest? Thank you~

braid it, since i'm assuming your hair is strip straight and very very hard to curl.
or you can cut layers. that looks really cute too.

Like a new haircut? It depends on what style you like...a style that I think is really pretty is hair falls right at or above the shoulder, and has jagged layers, so that it looks like the ends are jagged. That, and some long bangs that are swept to the side of your face. That style's really popular right now. You might do some highlights, if you like highlights--perhaps some dark brown highlights (unless your hair has natural highlights--some black hair has really pretty natural purple/blue highlights). Don't do really dramatic highlights, though, or they'll distract from your face and eyes.

You can cut side bangs which is really hot for the Asian girls at my school right now. The bangs look really cute with a headband or scarf that goes with your outfit.You can braid it while it's wet adding a ittle mousse and let it lose in the morning it creates nice flowy wave. For a funky style you can try some texturizing cream that gives it a " I just got out of bed" look and wear it in a disheveled ponytail with some cute earrings.

I saw a Chinese girl the other day with hair that was longer in the front, about chin length and then shorter at the back of the neck she also had bright RED highlites. It was too adorable. I was green with envy.
