Yeah and especially if you're going out of country. You won't make it there!!

Cruise on Lake Tahoe , probably not .
Cruise out of US waters , it will be more of a problem getting back in then going .
So go on the cruise , have fun , then you'll be prepared for the jail time with all those happy cruise memories .

Depends. If you use a passport or drivers liscense that info should be programmed to show that you have warrents and no cruiseline regardless of why you have them will want you onboard. Cruises are non-refundable so it's a big risk.

If you are going somewhere that requires a passport you might have a problem. Just depends on what they are for.And whether or not you already have the passport

Federal would, especially if you're leaving US waters. State might, local won't.
