Too many factors are involved to be able to give you an answer. Please see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for a consult. He should be able to give you a ball park figure of the cost. What will play into the final price are the following factors and others:
size of scar
type of scar - keloid, atrophic or hypertrophic
location (some areas require plastic surgery...most costly)
form of anesthesia - local or general
how repair is done - surgery or laser
where procedure needs to be done - office or hospital
if recovery room is needed

Only the doctor, who has seen your scar and evaluated what treatment is appropriate, will be able to give you an estimate as to cost. Good luck!
