My boyfriend and I were at his sister's house Saturday night for a party. I over heard my bf's bro-in-law telling a girl there that she was sexy and I also heard him say "My wife is passed out, why don't we go for a drive" They werent aware that I was listening to them. Well I made sure they didnt leave but around 4 30am I went to bed and ten minutes later woke up to my bfs bro-in-law rubbing my feet! It was so strange! When he realized I was awake he asked how it felt, it didn't answer, so he just left. I feel obligated to tell my bf and his sister about this, but I dont want to cause a bunch of drama in their family. Am I just over-reacting to his actions or should I tell his wife and my boyfriend?

My boyfriend was asleep, he went to bed about an hour before I did.

His behavior toward you was totally innapropriate, you are definitely not over reacting. I would take the low profile approach though, and let your BF know what's on this guy's agenda but you two should probably avoid telling his sister because she IS married to him and it would REALLY complicate things as well as embarrass her over a little feet rubbing. He didn't actually cross enough lines for her to leave him over. So, I would just steer clear of any situations that may put you in another vulnerable/awkward position. BTW- where was your BF when this guy was getting his "rub" on?

Sounds like he has sex offender tendencies.
Chances are his wife already knows he's like that. She might get mad at you for saying anything about it. I would just mention to your boyfriend that you do not feel comfortable around bf's bro in-law and explain why. Limit your contact with this creep, and if he comes to visit do not let him in while your boyfriend is not around.

If you feel obligated to tell your boyfriend, make sure that he knows you thought it was weird and uncomfortable. Don't make him insecure, get him on your side. I agree that the brother in law was acting way out of line, for what it's worth.
After you talk to your boyfriend, it's up to him to help you figure out what, if anything, to say to his sister about the matter, and how. He knows her best, after all, and there may be history you're not aware of in the situation.

if my brother in law eevry did anything to hurt my sister or if he ever cheated on her I'd be mad as hell, I'm very protective over her and when she get's married, if, I'd love to get any dirst on him possible, obviously I won't wanna ruin it for them but I'd be glad to know what he's been doing even if it might have been for fun or he had a bit to drink you never know, dont risk things, tell him and say that you'd like himt o decide what to do since he knows her best!

Yes you should tell. What he did was consciencely try and cheat on his wife. She's should know and so should your bf.

DONT TELL THEM NOW. YOU HAVE TO HAVE MORE SOLID EVIDENCE. CAUSE THEN THINGS ARE GOING TO BE WEIRD. I SUGGEST TO THAT BE IN PLACES WITH HIM ALONE AN BE WITH YOUR BOYFRIEND.
