the impression i get is you cups are placed in position the wine is poured into the fountain and it disstributes the wine into even portions am i correct

also what is the significance of the fountains in judaism and at the sabbath

that's just a cool way of doing it, it's not the actuazly ritual. the wine just has to be distributed amongst everyone who is there, but someone created a cool way of doing it- fountains have no signifigance. Trust me -I'm Jewish

The Kiddush has significance, the fountain things are just cute, not at all needed...
