There are a number of things that can cause chest pain.
Anxiety and panic attacks, heart conditions, plurissy, etc. etc.
Anxiety attacks are treated with anit-anxiety pills like valium and xanax. You can get those from online pharmacies or you can try valerian root ( an herbal anti-anxiety ) from the local health store or Wal-Mart.
Plurissy is a chest pain that comes from mucus builindg up in the chest, and it can hurt as bad as a heart attack. I once went to the emergency room because it felt like someone was slamming my chest with a sledgehammer, and they did an EKG to test my heart and said I was fine. They said it was probably plurissy. I take the over the counter expectorant Mucinex once a week for it. You may also try the generic for Mucinex combined with a decongestant for it.
If it's heart trouble, you should see a doctor, but how do you know what it is without seeing one, right? You could always go to the emergency room if the pain gets bad enough. They usually take chest pain seriously at the hospital because of the possibility of a heart attack.
I know that taking fish oil in a pill form all by itself is good for your heart, so you could try that if the other suggestions do not help.

First of all, have your panic attacks and chest pains been checked out professionally to rule out any cardiac problems? Have you seen a mental health professional about your symptoms?
If you have checked out okay physically and know for sure this is psychological, I can tell you that anxiety, stress, depression etc. can cause all kinds of physical symptoms. Anxiety-induced feelings of chest tightness, breathlessness, inability to swallow, are all things you can learn to control by learning to relax. Simple answer but difficult to do. Depending on what you are doing during your attacks can help determine what kind of relaxtion method you should use. There are many.
For immediate relief, you could try some slow, deep breathing methods. This works well for me when I realize I am "all bunched up" and everything is tightening... chest, throat. Try to calm yourself, tell yourself you will be okay, that this will pass... and BREATHE.........

It's probably still panic attacks. I used to get that. I would not be mentally panicking because I must have bottled it all up inside, but then it would physiologically express itself. They gave me clonazepam and it worked really well. Chest pains in genearl are scary though. Just to be on the safe side they checked out my heart. It ended up being totally fine but it was well worth the piece of mind.

You could either have heart burn, or you could have a problem with your heart. Go to your Doctor immediately to find out what the problem is. You could be having heart attacks. This is not good. Better safe than sorry.
