i need her to goooo for a lil while atleast, i find my self in a daze again, i started smokin at work! which is really mess up (i dnt do any work) how can i stop thou, if i dnt smoke i be dpressed all day? then when i do im in a daze n cant do anything proper!
i been smokin that good stuff or bad stuff since year 8 - now am 19
im prop love it thou but i know i need to stop

I hear ya! I found the best way to quit was to change my routine. I associated MJ with (most) activities I did. If I listened to certain music, play video games, went for a jog, watched TV/ movies, I craved her so bad but if I did somethig I didn't normally do, I didn't think much about her until I was home again. Honestly, we ended up moving to quit b/c we found ourselves with only friends that smoked and everything we did, we smoked. We have fallen off the wagon a few times (she's so sweet :-) but it is much easier to manage now that we've moved and distanced ourselves from our "contacts" too. Good luck!
We also had a baby and now I'm afraid of dying of lung cancer and leaving her motherless...it's good motivation but I don't suggest getting some girl knocked up to quit-lolz

i guess youre talking about weed...if you need IT to stay happy then you need help, so either wake your WILL POWER up & STOP SMOKING THE S*IT, or seek professional help....trust me you`ll see the benefit in the future....good luck.

The only way to stop is with medical help.. and if you really want to.
Go see your doctor and he may want to put you in a place that can help you..
You have to if you want to stop.
