You are not an adult yet. You should be at home. Families can work things out. You might make it worse by being at your boyfriends house. Go home and grow up first.

16 honey your just a baby. just exactly what kind of bit***** Are you talking about? if its about you going out or things you want to do they are you parents that's what parents do. the problem is that your young you have your whole life ahead of you and if they are yelling for a good reason its probably for the best. moving in with your bf at 16 isn't going to solve anything. what can he do for you of provide for you? is he living with his parent? right now at this time in your life you need to be thinking about the future if you don't want to be home get an after school job or join some after school activities do something positive with your time. go back home sweetie that's where you need to be. get your life together then move out. no matter how much you mom yells you will she she is the only one that will be there for you.

No it should not be up to you, you should not be residing with your boyfriend, you should be at home listening to your Mom's bit***ing. But since you were grown enough to move out, then you should be grown enough to support yourself and stay out, without your boyfriend, because guess what, it is not going to last and then where will you go, back home to your Mom. Remember, you moved out.
