it's sweet but a bit sour... That's why I like it, nevermind health.

Because it has been pushed as a healthier alternative to ice cream. Problem is the low-fat varieties of ice cream, many of which are actually quite good, are better for you than most frozen yogurt products. You really have to read the labels to tell if frozen yogurt is "better" for you than ice cream.

I think frozen yogurt is popular because it offers an healthier alternative to ice cream, also it's sooooooo good!:)

Because who doesn't love yogurt. Its even better when it resembles ice cream.

Because it has a richer, smoother texture than regular ice cream, it's healthier, and it doesn't melt as fast or as runny as regular ice cream.

because it's thicky, greasy, cool, and melt faster than ice cream in a very soft and pleasant way. Girls tend to love it more than guys. It really makes girls' skin softer
