I don't understand the question.
I also don't believe Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit make up one God.

I think the S in Jesus migrated to yet. I don't really understand your question, but I will wing it.
The Holy Trinity was a doctorine decided at the counsil of Nicea when Christianity was more or less organized.
It is not an inventive idea, it is a discovery of truth. You would notice God always refers to Himself as "us" and "we" in Genisis. That is because God is 3 in one. (Or 3 we know of anyway, maybe more).
You can think of God or the God Head as an egg. An egg comprises of a shell, a yolk, and an egg white. These are all components of an egg. Each is egg and is signficant apart from the other, but makes up 1 egg.
"it means that another power is forever and one.?" Not really sure what you mean. The Holy Trinity means that God is 3 parts (at least parts revealed to us), but all still God.
Example of the trinity: When Jesus is baptised, God's voice comes from Heaven and the Holy Spirit decends as a dove. Well, there is Jesus in the water, God in Heaven, and the Holy Spirit coming down from Heaven. What else could you conclude?

Let me see if I understand your question: If God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are one, who or how was this decided, does that mean there is another power above them,
First lets answer the trinity question, which means God has revealed himself through three divine and distinct personalities or persons. Each acting in concert with one another, they are all three God, and all have the same attributes, but three divine offices. Depending upon who you ask, the answers you would get would fill several big sets of encylopedias.
Next, who decided that. Really no one did, that is this is how they revealed themselves from the Holy Bible, as it unfolded in telling God's story. In the course of time and from the New Testament forward we have revealed to us three individuals The Father, who is shown through out the Word as the ONE TRUE GOD, then His Spirit, or at times feferred to as the Sevenfold Spirit, or one version has the Seven-spirits of God. meaning perfect which the number seven in Scriptures depicts perfection. The Spirit was in concert with God in the fiat commands or divine creation commands that brought the world and all that is into physical substance. The Spirit is the outward manifestation of God through out history, conviction, showing, revealing God's will to man. Then we come to the New Testament and we have Jesus Christ who has come in the flesh and has all the same attributes as the Father and the Spirit and takes the names of God in the I AM that I AM, He is the one that died for our salvation, and it is by His works alone any by grace merit salvation that is from God. It is by faith and grace that we believe and accept and are born again of God to know Him who is altogether lovely. It is Him that we are filled with, to know that this is life is from the Spirit of God. Without the Spirit you can not know God, or have a relationship with God. - I hope this answers some of your questions.

God, Jesus, and the Holy spirit are one. It has always been that way and always will be. In John chapter 1 it expalains it but its pretty confusing what i got out of it was that God is jesus, Jesus is God's son but he is also God and the holy Spirit is Jesus and God. So its only One power... but its the GREATEST EVER! More than Likely that cofused you more...

the Father is the masculine side of God that constructed existence, i.e. the scientist who put the natural world into order.
The Son is the part of God that experiences the physical and spiritual planes and co-creates with God
The Holy Spirit is the feminine part of God that actively interacts between the Father and Son to nuture the spirit of humanity.
Because God is universal, He/She encompassess all aspects of humanity, therefore can be represented by seperate entitites that are actually one total being.

To be one, means to have the same mind, to believe in the same God.
Jesus, the Holy Ghost and God the Father, who art in heaven and I are one. I live in the Father as Jesus lives in the Fathers.
The Father and his angels have sealed me in my forehead, with the New Name of Jesus the Christ, LORD God and because I believe, I put my full trust in his Words.

the consept of three in one is called the Holy mistery. No one knows why or how it's possible it just is. it takes a huge faith to believe this its a great example of believeing without seeing. because no matter how much thought you put into this consept you will never "see" how it works
