A good way to turn a girl on is to make eye contact with her and give her a sly smile that will launch so many emotional fireworks off in her head, and large majority of them are ones that involve coming over there to see what you are about. Also, try just walking past a girl and make a subtle comment like, "nice dress," and walk away for about three seconds then just hang out and lean against a wall, she will most likely get curious and come over and talk to you.

Depends on the girl. Tell a funny joke. Get a letter to the editor published. Build something. Fix her car. Become a pilot.
If all that fails, flash your gold card. If that turns her on, at least you know she's the wrong one.

It all depends on the environment.
However, soft whispers in her ear on how good she looks, how good she smells... that's a start.
Lightly, but firmly touch the skin on her arms. Run your fingers down her arms until she has goosebumps.
Breathe against the base of her neck.

Kiss her ear and play with it with your tounge. My Husband does it all the time to me and it definantly does the trick.
