May I suggest you simply move to Marlyland. Enroll as a student eligible for instate tuition. You can probably pick up a matricula card from the Mexican embassy in DC. If the school gives you any argument, sue the school under the Equal Protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.

You can start a new life legally. Just do everything the legal lawful way and your road to a better life can be assured..Breaking the law begets more law breaking . Don't start down the illegal road because your better life can end much quicker than it began and you will lose everything.

Email as many people as you can, posing as the nephew of a former oil minister in Nigeria. Offer them a share of millions if they help you get the illicit funds out. Once they are hooked by their greed, get a copy of their passport, bank account and ssn. then your home free.

i figure the same place you get an id ask them or the county court place I know where to go in the town i lived in but curently not anymore just try the courthouse.
