All the oils are unsaturated. The way to know if a fat is saturated or unsaturated is by what it looks like at room temperature. If it is solid (as is the fat that's on meat, lard, butter), then you know it is saturated fat. If it's a liquid (oils) then it's unsaturated.

Now be careful. Food scientists tried to take the saturation out of saturated fat to make it better for us. They did that and came out with trans fat. Those are almost as bad, if not worse than saturated fat. So when you're picking out foods, look for low trans/saturated fat and high monounsatrated fats.

Let's see: Good sources of mono-and-polyunsaturated fats are: avocadoes, eggs, fish (any kind), fish oil, flax seed, flax seed oil, nuts (any kind), olive oil, and some plant oils -- you'll need to check the labels on plant oils.

if you mean sources - then its everything thats not from animals like nuts, seeds, fish, peanutbutter etc.
