Chihuahua ediquette says you use a spanish name... It can be whatever you want, but it has to be in spanish. Our 2 little ones are Lupita, and Estrella. Estrella = star. We call Lupita Lupe for short. There are tons of names to think of. Try translating a good name into spanish to get a completely new twist. For example Manzana is apple in spanish.
Chihuahuas have apple shaped heads. Its a breed characteristic.
There are tons of names you can translate and most will be fun!!

I would wait until you meet her. I had a whole list of names for my new puppy but once I got her I realized none of them worked. It took me 2 days to come up with her name once I got her. Just let her personality tell you which to choose!

My Chihuahua's names are Mija and Taz but we Call Mija "meme" and Taz "Sassy Taz"
Sassy is really a good name for a girl Chihuahua because they are very sassy at times which is what makes them so cute lol..
Princess is also a good name too because Chihuahua's are true princess's in their own rite.
