in addition to the bad smell comes from my whole body ? What should I do to get rid of it ?
Eventhough I make cansten cream on the area but it just get worth ?

I would get to the doctor right away! It sounds like you have a pretty bad infection brewing and if left untreated it could be a good way to become sexually dysfunctional.

Herpes? If that's what it is you shouldn't put random creams on it. That will make it worse. Go to the doctor and get it checked out and they will advise you.
