You need to be actively seeking work in the UK hence the name Jobseekers allowance!

No you are not allowed to do that you can only claim if you are UK resident.
The only way that you could do it which would be total illegal would be to use someones address from the UK and come back every few weeks to sign on..
If you got caught doing that you could go to prison
I lived in Spain for 4 years and there are some prople that do it but i wouldnt risk it

dont think they understood your question. yes you can claim unemployment benefit in spain as long as you hold a european passport. do the same as uk just turn up at local office.
