That people are basically good and reasonable.
I persist in this delusion, even though everyone tells me I'm crazy.

The greatest illusion for me was the belief in Christianity. I believe there is a creative source in the universe however not a man like God.

People think David Blaine is an entertainer?
I mean... every trick ive seen him do was on tv
at least 2 years before... on one of those "secrets revealed"
shows... anyone else ever notice this???
I mean.... its gotta be an illusion that people seem excited to see him mumbling to the camera in that voice he always uses
when hes trying to sound mysterious.
either that.... or hes really a hypnotist.... im always getting
VERY VERY SLEEPY when he talks

I used to believe in god. Before that, the greatest illusion was probably my belief in Santa. Fortunately, as I got older, I've grown out of both of them.
Now my greatest illusion is women find a gray beard sexy.
