No, that isn't normal. Your metabolism, at 15, should still be pretty high.

Were you on a crash diet at any time? That messes up your metabolism pretty badly.

i'm from wales in the uk so the 215 weight doesn't mean anything to me as we use stones to weigh ourselves - but from what you're saying it might be worth going to the doctors and getting him/her to check your thyroid levels. i was in basically the same way as you eating less and exercising but with nothing happening then i lost all my energy and it turned out to be (after a visit to the doctor) my thyroid had basically stopped working because there were thyroid antibodies in my system (or rather my system was creating thyroid antibodies) that were stopping my thyroid from working - this means that my metabolism had stopped working so it made no difference if i ate or not because my metabolism was not working the weight was going no where now i'm on medication for the thyroid problem and i've already lost 2 and a half stone (i don't know what that is equal to in american speak weight wise but to me and anyone else trying to loose weight it's great news and i'm still loosing weight) and i don't have to eat less either because now my metabolism is working and as long as i keep moving and exercising i should keep loosing until i'm happy with my size!!

This most certainly isn't normal. You should see a doctor immediatly. This is a severe health problem that could lead to a lot more. The sooner you get this under control, the better off you'll be.
