According to blood group theorists such as dr Peter Adamo, blood type blood groups react to certain lectins in foods, these lectins then cause disease and problems in the system. There is no clear scientific proof that this is a fact, however the theory does make logical sense and is worth using as a tool.I find much of it to be accurate,
AND the theory has helped many people get well. However it is not fool proof and one must go for medical and allergy testing as well as an elimination diet to be sure of what foods they are allergic too, such as the rast test, prick test, elisa test etc.

Here is a brief summary of reactive foods by blood type...

O wheat,dairy,corn,legumes,peanuts

A,dairy,red meat

B chicken,poultry products,soy

AB combination of A and B

Sounds bogus to me.

I'm O-neg and have never had a food allergy in my life (52yo).

What was posted above me is pretty interesting. I'm O and so is my sister. She is allergic to wheat and dairy and I'm allergic to dairy.
