I need the shortest way in time to get there, some information bellow:
-Leaving from w. 23 rd st
-I need express bus or subway
I will work there on office schedule, and i dont drive, is there any direct transportation to get there.

The X18 express bus from Lower Manhattan will bring you right near the gates of Ft Wadsworth (end of Bay St near School Rd.). It's been a while since I was there so check the Bus schedule at the MTA website

If you're not driving, this becomes a little difficult. If you're leaving from W. 23 rd Street, take the 1 or 9 train down to Battery Park. Then take the Staten Island Ferry across & from there either a) hop a bus or b) hop in a taxi.
