Noooo ... it DOES NOT MEAN "I say Happy".....

it literally means "I congratulate you" .... Tabrik means congratulations and migam is a declined verb .... so from the ending of migam which is "am" you can tell that it is first person .... nothing else ...

so basically the person is personally congratulating you on whatever you achieved.....

zoolbia bahmieh is a Persian sweet dish... kinda like funnel cake its super yummy !

I mean considering that the Persians are responsible for cultivating sugar thousands of years ago and were the first ones to start baking sweets, we should thank them for all the sweet sugary snacks we have today !

Tabrik migam --> "congratulations" or "I say happy ..." to whatever the occasion is.
