Well for a change don't go about abbreviating to the extent that the meaning turns out to be ludicrous. If your bf's mother cums and doesn't come, to know your number, it must be a very e r o t i c number indeed. Now about your problem, a caller ID will definitely reveal the number from which a call is being made. And that's what caller IDs are for. You can try to make the call from a different phone, even from PCO. And since his mother is most likely to take the call, enlist one of your trusted male friend to start the conversation. After preliminaries, he would request the mother to give the phone to her son i.e. your bf. You take over from that point.

block your number before you call by pushing the star key and then 67 youll show up as private caller

I dont know how to block a number from India but I block my number from my boyfriend and i press *67 and then dial his number.
