Have you read 1 Peter 2:9-10? It sort of explains it.

The "Priesthood of All Believers" I believe is that we are all called to be priests in some form. All believers are a massive clergy charged with spreading the gospel and ministering to people. I am not totally sure, so don't take my word for it, but I have some notes on the subject, email me if you are interested.

We are all called to be our brother's keeper. We are to minister to each other out of love for Christ and each other. Doing unto others as we would have others do to us.

When we see someone in need, we help. When they rejoice, we rejoice with them. When they are sick, we comfort them. When they are in sin, we (lovingly) confront them.

Christianity is not for lone rangers. It is the Body of Christ. We all are responsible to each other.

It's basically pure Protestantism, and was not believed by the Church for the first almost 1,500 years.
