It's prob different b/w women and men, but I tend to lose my hair, I start shedding a lot, I snap at people more, and I can't keep any food down...
*To respond to your added details, I think in general your immune system is in a very vunerable state, and plus things like high blood pressure to boot, I would try to get rid of your stessors, but that is easier said than done...

Yes, the body is a whole, this includes the physical and emotional aspects of it. I think different people will have different symptoms. In general headaches, stomachaches, and backaches are what i experience when i am stressed out. Some people get colds and other illnesses which I think is the body's way of forcing you to relax and take a break.
Some people get ulcers... etc etc.

It can be life-threatening in the end. Too much stress for too long can cause the so-called burnout-syndrome. The effects are both physical and mental. You may become ill: headaches, stomach trouble.... my friend had a slipped disc because of it... my other friend has allergies because of it... mentally the illness leads you into depressions. And as you can imagine: if you do not ask for help at one point in time... you may lose yourself.

Cancer, and all other autoimmunodeficiency disorders, diabetes, heart disease, lots and lots, I don't know of a physical problem that does not cause stress. We are human and altho doctors look for horses and not zebras we almost always expect zebras that causes stress. But, remember lifestyle can affect our bodies and cause illness which cause stress. So we can be stressed (poor coping skills), get sick and then be more stressed. For example I was stressed about our life and I got cancer then I was more stressed. I survived tho. So far.

This sounds like a question for a doctor since stress can affect us in so many different ways. For ex: is this person too stressed to eat and drink--if yes--it can affect their bloodwork, kidneys etc by not eating and drinking. Or just the opposite--they are eating and drinking in excess--they gain weight which is a stress on their heart-bones/joints etc. There is a huge umbrella of problems that occur from stress so I would advise you talk to a professional regarding this.

Stress can cause high blood pressure, higher than ordinary amounts of cortisol as well as stomach problems, poor sleeping, difficulty concentrating, low sex drive.
Yes, Stress is VERY bad for you on the long run.
Try doing something to alleviate it. Exorcise, meditation, getting out of the stressful situation...

Yes it can cause problems! More than physical too. Long hours at a stressful job can also create a void in your life from missing your kids grow up!
