Maybe youl gain a little weight. It depends on how much muscle you have.
When you restrcit your calorie intake your body tends to lose muscle as well as fat therefore your metabolism slows down. So if you start eating more again, your body wont burn the claories as fast as before you went down to 800 calories.
So i think im right in saying, if youve been eating a protein rich diet(which builds muscle) and been weigth training then you may not have lost too much muscle. But if its just cardio youve been doing then you might have lost muscle and your metabolism has plummited.
Fear not, Up your calorie intake but make sure you incoperate protein and weight training at least 3 times a week to increase your meatabolism. The more muscle you have, the quicker the matabolism(even at rest).

A jump from 800 to 1500 calories per day is a large one, almost double. You will put on weight if you do not balance calories-in and calories-out. If you intend to remain on the 1500 calorie per day regime I would recommend slowly increasing your calorie intake over the period of a month and watch your weight. Then adjust your exercise to find the right balance for you metabolism.

You need to figure out how much you can eat without gaining or loosing weight. See how it goes, if you start to gain (or loose) weight modify your calorie intake. By the way, 800 calories is really too little for anyone to be eating, most diets suggest between 1200-1800 calories a day. If you eat too little calories your metabolism can slow down.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

calories mean kack. its the type of food that counts. If person A ate 1500 calories of white bread, whilst person B ate 1500 calories of vegatable juice, the veggie juice drinker will stay lean. I know I was on it. I've given a link to a book that is very helpful to get over the "food myths". Also to a BBC show that exposed the raw truth about food

PLEASE go back up to 1500 AT LEAST
800 calories is WAY too little for anyone to be eating. I really doubt you could get even the slightest fat on a 1500 calorie diet + exercise, because the RDA for a woman is 2000, and 2500 for men.
SERIOUSLY, EAT MORE!!!

I doubt it. 1500 calories is a very sensible amount to eat when dieting!
