At least I like to think I'm recovered, at 5"6.5 and 13 years old I used to weigh 90lb, now I'm 15 and weigh around 119. However, my blood pressure is quite low now, around 104/58, and although this is not extremely low, it used to be alot higher and I still get frequent dizzy spells. So my questions are, Could anorexia be responsible for this? If so, why is this? Also, do I need to see a doctor? or can i expect it to return to normal in time?

lower blood pressures are normal in younger people but it should be a pressure where your body feels OK, the dizziness that you are having could be a result of low sugar levels (more common) or iron deficiency, but it could be your pressure, when you feel like that try eating a candy or drinking a soda (with sugar), and add more meat on your diet, go to your doctor anyways to have a complete checkup, good luck and congrats for your recovery

Professional help is recommended! Obviously, after being anorexic for a while, there ought to be some repercussions thereof following the recovery but in response to your rightly asked question in conclusion, the answer is, there is no reason why you should not get back to normal! People do eat to live, not the other way around! Good luck and enjoy your life!

As a recoverer myself, do see a doctor. Ask for a complete blood panel. You could be low on iron or any number of important nutrients and vitamins. This is fixable, but only with the right advice. Your doctor will help you, and congratulations on your recovery. Don't ever refuse counseling and help for this. You are worth it.

If you are recovered or still recovering, it's very important to stay in touch with a doctor, and it never hurts to at least let a doctor know how you are feeling. So always, when in doubt see a doctor. You've done a lot of damage to your body and you need and deserve to take extra good care of yourself.
By the way... congratulations!
