The Sands and the Taj Mahal and big enough where they won't bother you too much. If you do get caught, they will take your money and possibly have you arrested.
Your best bet is to find a home game to play at.
The other thing to do is get an on-line account and play on the internet. Bodog.com and betcris.com are easy to get accounts at, they accept American debit cards for deposits and they have a good variety of casino games.
Your last option is to drive 4 hours north up into New York. The Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY is 18 and over to gamble. That is a decent casino where you could legally go and not have to worry about a thing.
Either way, good luck and happy gambling!

A few years ago, before the poker boom, it was fairly easy. Now they've tightened things up.
You'll probably get in alright, but, as another poster mentioned, cashing out could be an issue. If you're going with a friend who is 21, have him/her cash out the chips for you.
DO NOT SHOW A FAKE ID. If you get carded, you can always say "I left it in my hotel room, I'll go get it" and abandon your chips. Showing a fake ID in a casino WILL get you arrested.
Personally, I'd just wait unless it was completely necessary. Get an account at an online site or play with friends. These days it's more of a hassle to deal with casinos when you're underage than it's worth.

The best way to gamble is to play poker in a home game.
If you go to a casino even if you get to play, if you win big they will ID you. It is a US tax requirement. So if you win more than $1,200 they will card you, then refuse to pay you.

Problem I see for you is not getting in, it's cashing out. If you hit something big, they will require ID and SS card to cash out. Then when they see your not legal age, they will not pay you. Now you can go and lose all you want and then try to say you want your money back becuase your not legal age, but they wil just laugh in your face. Win though, and thats all together different. Good Luck
