"If you have a bad credit record, check the reason for this report. If the reason is due to late or non-payment on your behalf then, start making the payments to the lender and clear off the debts quickly.

Dont make late payments. If you are not in a position to pay due to shortage of money then limit your spending.

Paying off your huge debt in small amounts.

The credit bureaus can also make mistakes. They store the ratings of many people and are they too can make mistakes. They can enter wrong details about you."

There is no quick fix for cleaning up your credit report. Any company making that claim is only likely to use your s.s number and information and get many credit cards in your name. It's called identity theft. Most likely they will ask you for a hefty fee and do nothing but spend it. Sry.

I agree with Magda - you're much better off doing this yourself. Most of it just consists of writing letters to creditors. If they fail to validate the debt, then it's removed - or if you can prove the debt's not yours, it's removed. Just be sure to send them to all three agencies and send them certified so you can keep a paper trail. If you pay someone to do - it'll cost you much more and you'll likely get the same results.
