I get frustrated with myself. I know what I want, what I'm capable of achieving, capable of being, but I let myself waste away. And then I get so far behind where I want to be, feel I ought to be, that the road back seems impossibly far away, so I get more frustrated and stagnent. I have an amazing gf and I want to be everything I can because of her but I get so afraid that I'll completely screw it up. Any advice for getting my swagger back? Tap back into my mojo?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Sounds like you need to do some self-research and find ways to boost your confidence.

First identify why you may feel this way, have you been through any recent setbacks? Loss? Or any other unpleasant experiences in life? Do you surround yourself around negative people, who are harshly critical of you?

You need to confront any issues before moving forward, but do not dwell on any flaws you think you have or it will only keep you down.

You may be experiencing a little depression and need to speak with someone on how to start feeling better about yourself. Seek your girlfriend's support on tackling this issue, but do not depend on others too much, they can't be everything to you at all times and you must be able to stand strong on your own.

You have made progress already by identifying that you have this challenge.

Good Luck!
