Now she is telling people that she is my girlfriend. The sex is
really good and I don't want to lose it so how do I get out of
the love comment and still keep the sex.. Plus, this woman I really want now thinks I have a girlfriend and won't talk to me. How can I resolve both things??

You didn't know your actions would have consequences? Remember you wanted sex so you told her that you loved her. You put sex BEFORE another human beings feelings and now you want to resolve things? Before you do anything try to think about what would happen after wards. Oh and by the way, make sure you are having protected sex. Because the consequences of "unsafe" sex are: pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

You must be pretty hard up for sex to play with someone's feelings like that. If the girl you actually do like is smart she will not get involved with you. You should be more concerned in figuring out what your actions say about you. It takes respect for yourself as well as someone else to just be honest.

Dont lead anyone on. It may be harmless to you but trust me things can really get sour! Tell that girl the truth and see if you can salvage anything with the second girl.
