Whenever it's really cold outside and I turn the heater on in my car or in my office I get really tired. I like to keep the temp around 75. But when it's warmer and I don't need the heater I'm fine! What gives?

The warmth makes you comfortable, as when you would be wrapped in blankets...therefore you get sleepy! It happens to me all the time.

A lot of heat makes one relaxed. Also, dry air tends to strain the lungs when breathing. This makes one very tired

you could just be be getting carbon monoxide poisoning you should have your heater checked in your office and you should have the exhaust in your car checked because it could be coming in your car when you run the fan in the heater.
