I would change to a different deotorant. unless your deotorant is really really special and you will die if you buy another brand.

p.s. rashes suck huh?

first stop using that brand of deodorant. next i suggest you stand in the shower with some hot water and your arms up so the water goes on the arm pits do this as well as use mild soap to wash .
later if that the rash is still there just use no deodorant for a day or two instead use something like baby powder .
then switch to a different brand . i suggest you get the next brand at a drug store and ask the druggist to help you pick one that is very different then the one you have been using.
you may need to take the old one with you so he can read the make up of it and pick another one for you .
after one day if you have done the shower thing used no other deodorant and at the most used baby powder and the rash is still there then there may be more to this then first thought .
i would repeat the hot water rinse many times inorder to sweat as much as possible. boils will form in arm pits more often then other places .
the use of an antihistamine might help but not too likely if you've stopped rinsed the site but it could be worth a try.

Stop using the deoderent. If the rash continues that means it could lead to an infection. Try using baby wipes for the itching to stop.

Well, for starters, stop using that particular brand of deodorant.
Wash it off and then add some powder to your skin.

You can buy hydrocortisone ointment or creme over the counter. Apply to affected areas 2/day for 3 days.

Change your brand of deodorant.
You might want to find what ingredient irritates you so that you can read labels and avoid it in future.
