If God created an angel called Lucifer who fell from grace, and is known as Satan. Then there would be no debate, as the creator of the universe he word is without fault, and Omnipotent. This is a ridiculous question. It would have been more to the point to say the debate was between Satan and the angel Michael.
How about former Sen. Fred Thompson who is a lawyer as judge. Really no person or being could be high enough to judge your silly question.

Here is what I don't understand about the God / Satan balance of power... Satan is a fallen angel. An angel is a creation of God. God created Satan, so is therefor much more powerful than he. However, us humans equate the two as equal enemies. God is as almighty and good as Satan is almighty and bad. Both have equal influence, God's good and Satan's bad. Why is this mere angel as strong as God?

Well seeing as their last debated ended up with Satan being cast into Hell, I think God is the champion regardless.
God created Satan, I think he can take him out.
