You should check out this BMI calculator http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

Your BMI is a ratio of your body mass. It measures weight vs. height. Although, all bodies are different, it's windows of measurement are pretty on. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're more muscular and on the higher end of the scale, your BMI will be higher and closer to the overweight category. That does not necessarily mean you are overweight, though. And of course, there are people who are thin and don't weigh much but aren't in good shape. The BMI calculator is more for a general idea.

The best way to see if you're in shape is to measure, not your weight, but your fat content. This can be done by measuring the extra skin on the back of your arms and calves or by scales that send electirical impulses through your body. You don't feel these impulses, of course, so don't worry about that. However, there's a slight problem with these scales, if you're overhydrated or dehydrated, it won't give you an accurate reading. The best suggestion would be to see a doctor who specializes in athletic medicine and have them evaluate you.

If your height is 170 cm you may have up to 70 kg weight. Like that if you have,
155 cm height then you can have maximum of 55 kg weight,
160cm height then 60 kg weight,
165cm height then 65 kg weight.
