i dont want to hear about how i should not get a tattoo all i want is websites, ideas, and places to get tattooed im going to do either way so you might not wast your time telling me not too and i am getting something small

How about the words I got this because all my friends had tattoos?
At 15 you are too young to really understand that tattoos are forever. No matter what you get the colors will fade, and you will be stuck with a blobby faded color scar on your skin. Remember you are going to go to live with this on your body for the rest of your life so it best be something that has real meaning for you.
If you don't know what you want then you obviously haven't thought about this in a rational, mature manner.
Give yourself some time, if in three years [most tattoo parlors will not knowingly tattoo someone underage] you still really want this done you'll have a better idea of what you want and what it means to you.
Edit:
You've been given lots of good advice from folks who know and love tattoos about the fact that your age and growth are going to impact the long term look of your tattoo and the fact that you are underage for this type of body modification.
Sticking your fingers in your ears and saying I can't hear you isn't going to help, and your response just shows how unready you are for this permanent body modification.

Honestly, I'm not going to say DON'T get a tattoo, but at least wait until you find a design that's meaningful to you - otherwise you're gonna look back on it in 5 or 10 years and go "WHY did I want that again??"
Honestly, I've been through it. Yeah, tattoos are cute and all, but find something that's MORE than cute...

You're not going to get a tattoo unless you know what you want to get. Remember that what you get you have to have on you for the rest of your life. So, before getting a tattoo make sure you know exactly what you want, don't just get any old thing for the sake of it!

being a tattoo artist myself, getting a tattoo at such a young age is not a very good idea for many reasons. 1, you may still grow and your tattoo could stretch causing it to slightly misshape, 2, by law you have to be 18 no matter what. whoever gives you a tattoo when your under 18 could get in trouble with the law. take your time, wait till your 18 trust me

Firt thing is first. You are 15. You have time to wait. It doesn't hurt anyone to wait until you are legally old enough to get one. I waited until I was 18 and I regret some of mine (I have 10). Please, I beg you, please wait until you are older. I thought I knew things that other people my age didn't know, and I thought I was more mature than the other people in my age group. I was wrong. Wait until you are 25 and and see if you want your kids seeing the tattoo, asking you what it is, and trying to grab it and pick it up because they don't know the difference. Tattoos are cute and very popular right now, but please reconsider. At least until you are 18.

I know you don't want to hear that you shouldn't get one until you're legal, but reading your initial question, I'd tell someone who was 15 or 51, if you're not sure what you want.. just wait. Wait until you know exactly what you want. It's forever.

I don't think you should get one until you are a little older, but it is your decision. Just make sure that the person willing to do it is going to do a good job...be sure that your parents are cool with it, and be sure to get someting meaningful to you!!

DO NOT GET SOMETHING BIG!! get lıke a small star on ur belly or chest so ıf ıts permınant ın ur later lıfe ıt wıll be eısıer to take off! first off wait untill your leagal ageto get one second you have to love what your gonna get so asking others to help you pic something is absurd if you really want one wait untill your 18 and the try to think of what you want your too young and your interest will change and you will regret it,
