I have been in one of those laughing frensies, and it really was a lot of fun. So, I have experienced it first hand. Sometimes things happen because the holy spirit is just so happy with you and He wants to give a short break from reality. Isn't God great!!!

Yes lots. it is a bio-chemical reaction, in a scientific view, Aura overflow in a New wave view, or Holy spirit if your one of the Christian groups. Why it happens has lots of explanations. But the Fact that it does, on all levels of emotion is relevant. People can recognize the emotions of others without even looking at them, simply from proximity and the power of the emotions. most of us are trained to deny this for fear of being dubbed weird or psychic. it is neither. Emotions are not contained in our head. they radiate outward to others. some of us learn to mask or magnify this as a living skill. If one person promotes anger, they can make others feel angry too. Same with Joy or sadness. How is this use full? It is called empathy. When you can identify with others feelings, you are better able to communicate accurately and aid them when needed or be aided when needed. not to mention it helps people form relationship bonds.
Hope this helps ya.

What you have seen is your imagination, you have got so involved with their laughter that you have forgotten the living world, this has given you sense of misty cloud or kind of seperation from other environment. Try to concentrate, meditate, you will definately know your self that is heaven, god, etc.

The same thing has happened to groups of boys who were Jewish, Muslim, Buddhists or non-believers for that matter. The Holy Spirit part came from your religious indoctrination. When something pleasant happens religion likes to take credit for it and when something unpleasant happens religions wants you to not mention their idology.

I'm not a Chistian, but you might want to read the Bible for references to being drunk. This is a new hoopla akin to laying on of hands and even snake handling. Don't get caught up in the hype.

They say laughter is contagious. I don't think it had anything to do with the holy spirit. Laugh and the world laughs with you...
