PURCHASED from a HOTEL I'll bet......

Call the LOCAL Authorized Samsung Service Center.

Tell them you bought a TV from a hotel chain and it's stuck in Hotel MODE.

They can REPROGRAM THE TV for normal operation using the SERVICER menu to change the OPTION codes.....

It's really too complicated for anyone BUT a Samsung ASC.....

Return it to the hotel, or open a hotel yourself, then it may work!

try going through ALL of the menus, and uncheck all that stuff. if it requires a password, then ur pretty much screwed. (unless you have the password. lol)
