Because this country has to be to damn politicall correct and ignorant people call it "racist" when we do anything other then alow it. It's wrong, and I do think they should be shot, or those who arent shot need to be sent to Iraq and those who make it back get their citizenship. If they refuse, they're going back to where ever they come from and I DONT mean just across the border, I mean as far away from this country as possible.

im from england and live in england but if i ever catch sight of somebody burning the american flag i will march right up to them and snatch the flag off them and defend it.

i absolutley hate the burning of flags (for reasons outside the retirement of them which is then acceptible to burn it)especially the us flag. it is unnecessary. they only do it to draw attention to themselves and because alot of people care about the flag

.that said i dont think flag burning is something that will stop happening

in england we dont have much flag burning here of our national colours because we are not so attached to our flag in the same way therefore the attention the flag burner wants will not be to a desireable measure so he wont bother to do it in the first place.

i would stand up to anybody who would burn the union flag and anybody who would burn the stars and stripes. these 2 countries mean alot to me and i dare say i have an attachment to the stars and stripes that is beyond what is expected.
i wonder if the flag burners would dare to knock on my door and ask me if they can burn one of my flags? they wouldent DARE!

Americans want peace, but that is slowly coming to a end. I'm waiting for all of America to stand up and do something about this. bush better run and hide. people are going to want him to be impeached or brought up on crimes for not defending our borders. the next time you see some one burning our flag. pop a bee bee in their butts.

Maybe this is unfair, but this is MY opinion.

I believe that if an American citizen burns an American flag, it's a symbol of protest that is protected by the 1st amendment.

BUT if someone who is NOT an American citizen burns an American flag on American soil, I feel that this threatening behavior and should be regarded as a terroristic threat. These people should be arrested and deported but treated humanely so the US sets a precident of human rights ethics.

Because the government is not doing anything to stop it. I think it no longer is against the law to desecrate our flag though.

Because Americans are afraid that if they try and go up against them and protest it, they will be labeled a "racist." And let me tell you....they avoid that word like the plague!

The person up there ^^ doesn't believe it??? Look it up. It IS true and it DID happen. It can be found all over the internet.

Go out there and do something if it bothers you.

A flag is an OBJECT. How come you are not outraged at the people that are getting murdered?
Is a flag more precious than a human life?

We don't "tolerate" it - we get angry. Here they are breaking the law by being here and then they burn our national symbol. If they don't like America, they should leave on their own.

BTW, unfortunately there is no law about burning the flag. It's called freedom of speech.

i dont believe you. show proof...because something like that would have been all over the news...besides ive seen at anti-republican protests hundreds of white kids burning american flags, and we saw the white supremacists and kkk, and militias burn american flags all the time, so why focus ob hispanics that cherish the flag and what it stands for

again i dont believe you, i think you just asked that out of the blue, out of ignorance and hate-mongering, analyze yourself
