Maybe they expect you to because you're pretty. I would still take it as an insult, as if they think you can't be happy without a boyfriend.

When a guy is trying to hit on you he wants to make sure he is not waisting his time with a girl who has a bf. It is interesting that you do not have a bf - it is probably because you are an alpha.
