I'm planining to txt a girl to ask her out in a second date is this a good one, if not please help. 'do you still as pretty as i remmeber,its been a while since i saw you last and i would be gratefull if you can refresh my memories'.

Is that last part from a song? pretty. but, seriously, no txt. just either go up to her and talk about how you liked the date and was thinking that you two can go on another one. or, you can call her and talk to her.

Corney Just text or call her, tell her you had a great time on your last date and want to hang out again. Or check out what's going on in your area (concerts, shows, etc) tell her you have tickets and would like her to go with you.

My guy friend asked me out on a second date thru text..but he then called to confirm everything. He even texted me for the 3rd date.

Texting her saying that makes you sound "desperate". If you text her simply saying: "Hey, it's been a while. Do you want to go out sometime soon?" or you can always call her! Make conversation, tell her that you'd like to see her again. Make it simple and to the point. Don't make yourself sound desperate.
