Is it so difficult to distinguish a book on physics and a religious book?

The first one helps you on Physics and the second one may harm your spiritual health. I think we need to protect our spiritual health more than our physical health as a healthy mind is more important than a healthy body. Notice that I did not point to religious book of a specific religion so you religious people may agree, right? Atheists already know that.

I would prefer a spiritual book over physics,as I understand spiritual life more then physics.I am not interested in physics either.

Yes, the spiritual plane has eyes and ears with knowledge. but the physical plane, has no eyes, ears or knowledge.
