I hate people always asking me if i am allright because of the dark circles aroud my eyes, i look tired all the time even if i had a good night sleep. Please help! lots of thanks in advace. ro

I know haemmorroid (pile) cream, such as germaloids works for bags under the eyes, as it contricts the blood vessels and reduces puffiness, many celebs swear by it and it may work on dark circles if they are caused by puffiness
