Same can be said for any religion or group. Jews are not special in that category.

Why don't some Jews follow the laws? For the same reason some Muslims don't follow their laws (yep, some Muslims drink alchohol, eat non-halaal food etc), why some Christians don't follow their laws (wanna bet not every Christian goes to church regularly etc). In other words- because people are people and people have the freedom to choose whether they will or will not follow the laws of their religion.

The entire Jewish philosophy differs from Christianity. Jesus was very Jewish in his teachings -- yes rabbis to this day still argue with each other and with God Himself. The name of our people, Israel, actually means to wrestle with God. It will take more than a simple question or two to begin to understand Judaism or Jews themselves!

Why do christians deny that Fellow christians are still christian if they do something against the religion, but love to say that a Jew who does not follow Judaism is always a Jew...??

If you're using terms like OT, you can't know all that much about us. How about you study up some first. The Jewish relationship to G-d is very different from the Christian one.
